We tailor our service to your requirements and are able to sustain long term business relationships without tying our clients into onerous long term arrangements. Choose the package of services that suits you either retained, pay as you go, project or a combination.

Retained Service

This service provides the company with its own outsourced HR Director/Manager at a very modest cost.

We will:

  • Conduct a health check of existing HR policies, procedures and practices and advise accordingly re: any improvements/priority issues.
  • Hold a one-hour proactive HR strategy meeting on site with you every quarter.
  • Inform by email of impending employment legislations and offer practical, pragmatic advice re: how to implement the strategy.
  • Provide ad hoc telephone advice re: HR/employment law/health & safety queries.
  • Act as point of contact for employees for any HR issues e.g. holiday entitlement, harassment, grievance queries etc.

Business demands vary from day to day so some months you will use our service more frequently than others. The package is designed to enable you to take advice when you need it without the fear that the “meter is ticking”. Taking advice at the earliest opportunity is the most effective way to ensure that you avoid HR problems/costly tribunal claims etc. We will review take-up on a quarterly basis.

Pay as you go Service

We can act as your outsourced HR department and will provide you with access to your own qualified HR advisor dedicated to your needs, as and when you need help via telephone or site visits as necessary.

We are just a telephone call, and often only a short car ride, away from you. Fees are very competitive and available on request. Fees are invoiced at the end of each month in which the work was undertaken with breakdown.

Project work

Would you prefer to engage us for work on a project basis, establishing costs in advance?

  • Drafting employee handbooks/contracts of employment

  • Health & safety –conducting audit, drafting risk assessments, safe working practices etc
  • Advice on how to handle attendance, maternity leave, request for flexible working, redundancy etc?
  • Establishing health & safety committee
  • Managing a performance or disciplinary issue
  • Appraisal /coaching training
  • Preparing and conducting inductions
  • Redundancy and TUPE consultations
  • Staff training e.g. induction, appraisal conducting disciplinaries

All fees are very competitive and available on request. The project cost will be agreed in advance and payment will be staged according to the project with an up front fee due on commencement and the final stage payable when the project is signed off and completed.
