Basic Package for SME’s

We will: -
· Conduct a health check of existing HR Policies, Procedures and Practices and advise accordingly re any improvements/priority issues.

· Hold a one-hour proactive HR strategy meeting on site with you every two months.
Inform by email of impending employment legislations and offer practical pragmatic advice re how to implement the strategy.

· Provide ad hoc telephone advice re HR/employment law/health & safety queries.
Act as point of contact for employees for any HR issues e.g. holiday entitlement, harassment, grievance queries etc.

This service provides the company with its own outsourced HR Manager at a very modest cost of a one off fee of £600 and a monthly charge of  £400* + Vat + expenses thereafter.

We appreciate that business demands vary from day to day so some months you will use our service more frequently than others. The package is designed to enable you to take advice when you need it without the fear that the “metre is ticking”. Taking advice at the earliest opportunity is the most effective way to ensure that you avoid HR problems/costly tribunal claims etc. The package covers up to 70* consultancy hours in any 12 months. We will review take-up on a quarterly basis and should overall take-up exceed the amount after 12 months, then additional fees would be charged, based on our daily rate and we would re-negotiate the contract going forward. However experience indicates that this would be unlikely.

We are just a telephone call and often only a short car ride away from you. We can act as your outsourced HR department and will provide you with access to your own qualified HR/Health & Safety Advisor dedicated to your needs, as and when you need help.

Fees are very competitive and available on request. Fees are invoiced at the end of each month in which the work was undertaken.
