A: Adhoc advice & support – Solutions / advice regarding any HR issue would be only a telephone call away. Use our services as little or often as required on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis. We always provide pragmatic advice and where appropriate will roll up our sleeves to give hands on help and support. In addition to telephone advice we will draft letters, attend meetings, and your employees will see us as your outsourced HR department. Initial queries are free and non obligatory.
B: Bespoke projects. Outsourced HR projects agreed up front. Whether it’s to support an internal staff member, or to undertake the project on behalf of your business, we take over the responsibility allowing you to do what you do best, and all within your agreed budget. Examples include, reviewing and or creating an employee handbook, recruitment, or undertaking complex employee relations case from start to finish.
C: Contracted services. All the benefits of a dedicated HR function, without the costly overheads of an internal HR resource. You will have direct access to our CIPD qualified team around the clock. Our aim is to encourage you to take advice at the earliest opportunity, as this will help you to contain issues, and deal with them appropriately. By calling us, you are calling your own HR Manager who will take on the problem with you and lead you to a successful conclusion. Your problems become our problems, and we will proactively follow and manage each case with you to conclusion.
